Dear Family and Friends,

I just turned 13 years old. I’ve had a passion for running ever since I can remember. I started running races when I was 5yrs old. When it came time for me to choose my Mitzvah Project, I knew I wanted to run a race for a cause. I wanted my Mitzvah, which is a good deed, to be one of charity. To ensure my commitment, I picked a charity that I knew would motivate me and give me the strength to run a Half  Marathon (13.1 miles) on October 22, 2022. Running for children with cancer, who are fighting for their lives was the obvious choice. I will be raising money for The Childhood Cancer Project. Their mission is to help support childhood cancer research and change a child’s future. I know this will not be easy but I think of all the children who are diagnosed with cancer everyday and the pain they must endure. Every step I take I’m hoping to make at least one child’s battle a little easier. I would deeply appreciate any donations your budget will allow.
